App Developer Engineer

    • Job Responsibilities:
      • Responsible for the development of mobile apps for AI products, including but not limited to product features, performance optimization, and interaction experience.
      • Based on product requirements and technical specifications, involve in cross-platform mobile application architecture, write high-quality front-end code, and ensure compatibility and performance.
    • Basic Requirements:
      • Bachelor’s degree or above in computer-related fields, with at least 2 years of experience in mobile application development.

              • Manage the entire design project process from concept to final implementation, including but not limited to user research, competitive analysis, information architecture design, interaction design, and visual design.

              • Basic Requirements:
                • Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least 1 year of experience related to AI products. Preference for those with experience in developing ToC products from scratch and with product planning and analysis experience for ToC products.
                • Experience of 1 year or more in mobile application and other product launches, and familiarity with the basic business models of various categories in the mobile market is preferred. Clear product logic and excellent ability in product prototype design and presentation, along with strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
                • Deep understanding and insight into AIGC and multimodal large model technologies and market trends, familiarity with mainstream generative AI products, and ability to analyze the characteristics of each product.
                • Empathetic, with a deep understanding of user psychology and a drive for independent exploration. Able to think, analyze, and solve problems from the perspective of creating value for users. Enjoys innovation and challenges, and is responsible in their work.
              ToC Product Growth Manager
              • Location: Hong Kong, Shenzhen
                • Job Responsibilities:
                  • Manage mainstream media platforms and communities, closely follow the development trends of multimodal large model products, and formulate product growth strategies and specific implementations.
                  • Enhance community activity and user engagement, attract new users, and achieve user retention and sustained growth.
                  • Responsible for the user growth of the product.
                • Basic Requirements:
                  • Bachelor’s degree or above, with experience in internet industry, including at least 1 year of product operation and growth related work experience. Experience in AI product growth and operation is preferred.
                  • Excellent English reading and writing skills, with overseas study or work experience preferred.
                  • Deep understanding of all aspects of product operation and growth, with PLG (Product-Led Growth) experience preferred.
                  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, team spirit, and strong problem-solving abilities.
                  • Proven track record as a key contributor in successful user growth and overseas ToC product operations in an internet company, with familiarity in AI product ecosystem growth strategies preferred.
                Multimodal Algorithm Engineer

                  • Job Responsibilities:
                    • Design and develop algorithms and systems for multimodal large models.
